Walker Land Surveying Company is a small, successful firm located in Ellis County that has provided surveying services to the Northeast Texas area since 2001. For nearly two decades, we have been providing professional land surveying services for developers, brokers, title companies, mortgage lenders, construction companies, architects, and individuals, to name a few. The founder and owner is Shawne Walker, R.P.L.S. (Registered Professional Land Surveyor). He began his surveying career in 1986 in Dallas, Texas. He is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveys, having served as an officer in the Dallas chapter for several years. Membership is also maintained in the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping, the National Society of Professional Surveyors, and the National Society of Professional Engineers. He believes that the personal involvement of the registered surveyor in all aspects of each and every project is crucial in assisting clients better achieve their goals. Individual attention with the survey is critical and our clients benefit from the one on one interaction.

 

Fieldwork is accomplished with the latest technology. A robotic total station as well as both static and real time kinematic global positioning system equipment is utilized allowing WLSC to complete projects in a timely manner. Plats are prepared with sophisticated coordinate geometry and CAD software.
